A different language

Learn a new languague always is difficult. Talk with people in a different language is like try to talk with a baby. In the university we have four levels of english. I started in the second level. I like the english, but my problem is at moment to speak. Because I'm a very shy person and talk in other language make me nervous.
With the use of blogs I think that my capacity to write to be improved. Because when I started with the blogs, it always has problems with the grammatical part and words that I don't know that it exist.

One of the aspect that I think that I have to improve is speak. Because the embarrassment. Because I don't have control over this language I always think that I make a mistake or I say something that I don't have to do.

 In my opinion this is one of the most important thing to make better because if I know speak but I don't try or practise, I never can do this right.


My grandfather is a english teacher, so every time when I go to your home He ask me for my marks and how are my english class. In fact in his house only listen Frank Sinatra and music in english.
I think that a very good way for study and learn english is with the  movies or series. I like watch movies and series in english because a film dubbed into Spanish loose  the magic.
Actually I use the english when I watch thats series or movies or when I sing, because I like sing always that I know the lyrics of the song. So I looking for the lyrics, I write in my book, and then I can sing it. In my home, If I'm listening music in english all have to listen, so I have all my family practicing with me

My future job

Actually I'm in third year in the art career. The career lasts four and a half years.
When I finish this career, I would like to study for be a teaching arts in this University too.
I'm thinking of taking this like a second career because I like very much the artist work with kids and try to they can make his ideas true.

I would like work like a artist too, but I think that in Chile is very difficult because the art is considered boring or a wasted of time. So if I could work like a teacher, I'm happy. Is like a second option, but a option that I would like.
The only problem with this is the salary. Because the job like an artist neither teach have a god salary in Chile. Teachers are required so much, they work in the school and in his home but the pay that they receive is minimum in comparison with all the work that they have to do.

When I choose my job I considered especially that the work be pleasant for me. If I work all my life in something that I don't like, I will be a sad person. So if I have the possibility to work in a place that I like, with god and friendly people, and the most important because I want to work in this, I take this option.
Obviously all jobs are god when the money is a little, If I don't other options, I take every work

If asked me in a job interview about my strengths and weaknesses, I don't know what to say.
I think that strengths could be my patience, I have patience to wait and make the work god. Other strengths is that I'm not a mean person, If the people know me I could be a very happy and friendly person.
With the weaknesses, I think that like I'm a very shine person and quite person, make friends is not my specialty. But like I said before, If they know me I could be a very friendly person.
Other weaknesses is my ability to lose my concentration, but when I want make something I try to use all my energy in this activity.
My plains to the future are that if I make that this are true, is my next job, is a job that I have to do all my life.

How green are you?

Today is very normal see the people walk and throw the papers in the ground. The habit to keep the trash and throw later in his home is not usual.

But all this practise are change. Every family have his own ways to be environmentally friendly. For example in my family, my mother love the earth, the plants and the flowers. It are like his fourth son. My house is a place with so much plants, the green is a color predominant and in home we care the nature. My mother always teach us that the trash go to the  garbage dump.
The recycling is not an habit that we use very much in home. But we try.

Where I go, I try to keep with all my trash and put in a places right or try to don't snap the branch of the tree or take the flowers just because it's funny.


I have a bicycle in home, but I don't use normally because always the dogs run behind the cycling, and my  problem with that because I have afraid  to the dogs. But I don't mind that I use the car, because really I don't have car, and I prefer to walk to take the metro or the bus, before to use a car.

Is true that the car is more comfortable, I always say: "Mother you have to buy a car", but then I re think and I'm fine without a car.  When I say that, my mother answer me that she only buy a car when she have the money for a gas car.

Really I'm not very sure if Chile or Santiago have a recycling laws or have a cares with the nature. But I think that if this doesn't exist, they are necessary because the planet need. And this is a help that we can't to deny.

Karadima, The lord of the underworld

This is a book of investigative journalism about the priest Fernando Karadima.

In the book we can read about the traumatic experience for the abuse indecent of the victims to the priest Karadima of the church El Bosque.


The pages of this book show as a real chain Karadima to support him. This help him to this crime has keep in the time and the church of the Santiago. Only the Vatican can make stop. Before the Chilean justice.

I write about this book because I'm reading now. Is a very interesting. About a real story of the people, boys and man that have to suffer for long long time, and they keep in silence for the fear to be discriminated against



This is the first time that I read a book of investigation, because normally I'm not interested in this kind of book. In fact the book is not mine, actually is to my mother. But my mom don't have so much time for read, because all his time is the school and with his students.

Read this book make me think about the power of some people that use to others for his own benefit. This men make use of his power in others more shy, more small or just more ingenuous. This book about the evil, for the voice of the brave men that want to make justice over this dark history.

I choose that article because it tries to explain the robbery in a museum. Dutch police said on Tuesday that painting of famous artist have been stolen from the Kunsthal museum overnight, in Rotterdam.
Seven painting was be stolen. Differents works by Paul gauguin, Meyer de Haan, or Matisse were in the paintings missing.
The prize of that paintings is unknown. The police and the people that work in the museum has been incapable of put a value on this artistic treasure.
In the artistic and audiovisual aids this theft is one of the most dramatics in years

 

Why did I choose to study art?

When I was studing at the school, I wanted to study literature but I never understood very well this  career.  When I was 17 years old in my last grade at school, I decided to study art  and only art because nothing else caught my attention. Even now I don't know what other career I could have studied

Art always has been beautiful to me. Art was my favorite class at school in all my school years. I made this decision in the last year of school. However my parents were angry of my decision but they didn't show it.

I have always love the Art. But the last year I had a little problems. Because I didn't wanted to painting my works. Painting was my hobby and suddenly painting was my duty and obligation.

Now I come back to be in love with the painting and the colors.

After the first semester I'm happy with this decision.

When I graduate at the university I want to study other careers. I want to start teaching art in this university or in other university of the state. If i could I want to work in a school with children and make my own work of art in my own studio.

My best holiday

My best holiday so far have been with my schoolmates.

My friends and I traveled to Valparaiso for one week.
I have traveled for others places of chile, but never to Valparaiso and this place is next to Santiago.


Valparaiso is so beautiful. The streets are painted with big murals that the chilean artist make. The city was built in the hills, and walk for them is so difficult and tiring. But the prize is when you are in the height or in the centre of the city, because  is very big and funny, and you can see all the life that born in this places.


We did these travel in the summer 2012. In january because there are more sun and more people in the beach. We are five people so we don't spend so much money. This holiday was very funny, because we get up in the morning with calm, we had lunch and we went to the beach. Then in the night we go out and go to the pubs or to bonfires on the beach.

This holiday were so good because I spent time with my friends of the school. They still be my friends.

A country you'd like to visit

If someone ask me what country i like to visit now, I say Argentina. I choose that country because is a very near and beautiful place.
Is so near that if I want it, I could save money for a time and make a travel.
I want to go because in this country all the books are more cheap. And i like read.
Also I go because in these country the people talk in the same language, the only difference is because they have his own idiom with the another words
They speak with a rhythm like singing. I really like the way that they speak.

Coming soon I have a friend living in this country, so I will be obliged to make a visit in his new apartment because she miss me so much. I hope.

Another reason for visit Argentina is because the university study are free, not like Chile. In Chile the education is very expensive, and when some person get off the university he have to pay so much money.
The only problem is that now. I don't have the money or the time for make a travel. Although I want with all my soul travel to Argentina I couldn't because I don't have the most important and necessary things.

A Country I would like to visit

Always I wanted to visit France because is like the paradise of the art, and his like a magic city to me. The movies show this country like a beautiful place where the people is very happy and the street are like the old years. 
I love the language, when i was a child i love to listen the people in the movie when thy speak in french. Even the french i a language that i have to learn, like the english or italian.

I think that i love the language because when i was a child my mother always said that his school had a French class, and when I went to school I never had French, only English. This is like my unfulfilled dream
I think if I could ever visit France, that moment would be very important to me. It would be a  beautiful memory  would keep forever, because i will could learn a lot about the country, and about life. On culture and most importantly about food.
If i can visit France I go for many reasons. Always i wanted to visit france. First like a turist that wanna to know everything, second is very important learn new things so go like a student is not a bad idea, i can make use of this trip like a study moment and like a turist.

And if I have the opportunities to live for a while in France, I do it. Because change of places is not bad, really is good for the healt, for the mental health and if i change Santiago by France, I know that I could be very happy person, but I always want to come back to Chile, with my parents, and my family

A photography that I like

I like this photography because in this picture my little brother and I, enjoyed the snow. In Santiago almost never snow. The rain and the cold days are more frequently ,even the sunny days.

This photograph was taken by my mother or my older brother, I can't remember. We are in the garden of my house, in the night with so much cold but see the snow was more important and funnyn that make the work of the school or watch the tv.

My family and I, were in the garden for a long time, and in the last moment we decided take this picture with the digital camera.

My little brother never saw the snow, and this was the first time, and the unic to this moment. He was so excited and happy that we don't know how make that he go to inside to the house.
